The Aviary Hotel is more than just a pub — it's a community hub featuring a bustling bar, a smokey charcoal driven restaurant, beautiful beer garden and versatile function spaces.

We're seeking a passionate and energetic Junior Bar Supervisor ready to take their hospitality career to soaring new heights!

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist management in daily bar operations and running events.

Lead by example during service, mentoring and training junior team members.

Maintain high standards of drink service and customer experience.

Create and curate your own tailored drinks list - make our menu your own!

Manage stock control, opening/closing procedures, and general bar administration.

Ensure the venue remains clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of bar experience; cocktail knowledge is a plus.

Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Interest in team leadership and venue operations.

Availability to work nights and weekends.

Current RSA certificate (required).
