Location: Romsey, Macedon Ranges, VIC
Mount Monument is a unique vineyard and architectural destination in the heart of the Macedon Ranges, known for its premium cool-climate wines, seasonal menus, and breathtaking landscape.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver an exceptional dining and cellar door experience.
About the Role:
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day service of our winery restaurant, working closely with our hospitality, kitchen, and vineyard teams to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during service and events
Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen, wine service, and front-of-house
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism
Assist with rostering, staff training, and onboarding
Resolve guest inquiries and service issues with efficiency and care
Support event planning and execution, including wine tastings and private functions
Promote our wine offering and assist with cellar door sales when required
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
Wine knowledge or enthusiasm for learning about cool-climate wines
Friendly, confident leadership style and excellent communication skills
Availability on weekends and during key event periods
RSA certificate required; wine service or WSET certification a bonus
