About the Role
We’re searching for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic in-house marketing team at Buxton’s head office. Working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and wider corporate team, you’ll help bring our brand to life across a variety of print, digital, and social channels.
With many exciting projects on the horizon, this pivotal design role offers variety, ownership, and the chance to make a real impact. If you have 1–2 years’ experience (or an impressive portfolio), a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for building great brands, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and rollout of all marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, social tiles, digital assets, promotional items, and presentations.
Create and edit existing templates using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Ensure consistency across all assets in line with Buxton brand guidelines.
Support the senior designer in day-to-day design requests and ad hoc briefs from offices across the network.
Help maintain and update our design library and ensure the correct files are accessible across the business.
Liaise with print and promotional suppliers as needed to ensure high-quality, brand-compliant outcomes.
Stay up to date with design trends, and be proactive in contributing ideas and improvements.
Assist with the creation of corporate and office-specific marketing campaigns, including signage, event collateral, and internal communications.
Work with the marketing team to develop social media creative, including story assets, reels, and static designs.
Contribute to the development and improvement of brand templates.
Qualifications & Experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (Premiere Pro a bonus).
Familiarity with Canva or a willingness to learn quickly.
Strong layout, typography, and attention to detail across both print and digital formats.
Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
An interest in real estate, branding or marketing design is advantageous but not essential.
A degree or formal qualification in Graphic Design is desirable, but not essential - a strong portfolio and creative mindset are key.
