About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager to join our thriving OBrien Real Estate team in Seddon. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional front office and property management services to our valued residential clients.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and process relevant documentation, including lease agreements, condition reports, and routine correspondence

Process rental property applications

Complete ingoing and routine inspections

Assist with reception duties

Assist Property Managers where required

Assist with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties

Stay up-to-date with relevant legislative requirements and industry best practices

Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships

What we're looking for

Previous experience in property management is not a requirement as we are happy to put in the time to train you, but experience in customer service is essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and regulations

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to ongoing professional development
