MBIB are looking for a passionate and motivated Graduate Junior Business Analyst or IT Graduate to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, IT support, and systems administration while working with leading business applications such as Zoho and Insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 IT support to key business applications including ZOHO and Insight, such as:
• Managing user access journey from onboarding to offboarding in key applications.
• Troubleshooting Level 1 software and hardware related issues.
• Assist with requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, and documentation of business needs.
• Support the development and maintenance of process maps, user guides, and training documentation.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solution delivery.
• Assist in testing and validating proposed solutions against requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning, analysis, and delivery activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, or summaries for key stakeholders (data analytics skills a plus).
• Maintain clear and concise records of changes, support queries, and process updates.
• Support general administrative and project coordination tasks as required.

About You:

• Recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you're comfortable talking with stakeholders at all levels.
• Basic understanding of Business Analysis frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Zoho Analytics, Power BI) is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in learning and growing within the role.
