We’re currently expanding our team and looking for and experienced IT Business Analyst (Business Systems) to join us in delivering quality service to our customers.

Location: Perth

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to analyse and define business requirements, establish effective and efficient processes, and implement sound solutions and practices that maximise performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process analysis, documentation and identification and implementation of improvements.
• ERP and Business systems implementation support (project coordination, documentation, user acceptance testing, key user training).
• Ongoing business system and process enhancements.
• Ongoing ERP platform end user support and system administration/configuration.
• BAU projects and support on other 3rd party software systems as needed.
• Analysis and specification of systems integration requirements, and collaboration on the design, implementation and ongoing support of such integrations.
• Development and maintenance of user training material and resources.
• Data analysis as needed.
• Serve as a key contact point for feature requests from the business and take ownership of solution specification and delivery.
• Serve as an escalation point for end user support queries on applicable software platforms, managed through our internal helpdesk and ticketing system.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors/partners on support, system enhancements, upgrades and maintenance as needed.
• Planning, scheduling and supporting system or feature releases (Release Management).
• Assist in coordination and management of Business Systems projects as required.
• Act as a change agent to support the business in adopting newly defined processes and systems implementations.
• Build strong relationships with key influencers throughout the organisation to facilitate open feedback and minimise any potential negative impact of IT-related changes or issues.
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of our systems, processes and data requirements.
• Monitor and analyse system performance, including SQL Server activity and database load metrics, to ensure optimal system efficiency and uptime.
• Responsible and accountable for a safe working environment; reporting any safety incidents or concerns to the Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant OH&S requirements.
• Conforming to quality systems and procedures.

Skills and Experience:

• Process Mapping and Business Process Improvement, including strong experience and knowledge of BPMN modelling to map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes (preferably Microsoft Visio).
• Consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics FinOps, Dynamics AX or Dynamics Business Central (implementation and support).
• Strong experience and knowledge of MEX maintenance system (functional and technical).
• Strong experience and knowledge of FreshService including solution design and workflow.
• Strong experience and knowledge of KOFAX including AP automation and OCR.
• Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (technical and functional).
• Strong experience in systems integration design, and specifically building via Dynamics AX DIXF.
• Strong knowledge of systems table structures and relationships.
• SQL Server knowledge and experience, including data queries, fault-finding, root cause analysis, data clean-up and updates.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform suite including Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps.
• Strong Financial, Supply Chain and Asset Management acumen & knowledge.
• Strong experience and knowledge of transport and logistics industry.
• Ability to monitor, identify and analyse data outputs from monitoring tools including Grafana and Datadog.
• Data modelling and analysis.
• Project and change management.
• Stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation
