With decades industry expertise, they provide exceptional expertise to markets spanning architects, designers, and builders. With a diverse portfolio specialising in timber, tiling, laminate and vinyl, our client has built a strong reputation across Queensland for exceptional customer service, innovative design, and reliability.
Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to help drive new business and manage existing client relationships across the Brisbane region.
About The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will take charge of a portfolio of key clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. You’ll be a trusted face of the company, responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with client architects, designers, and builders, contributing to business growth through strategic sales efforts, aligned by value proposition.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing and growing existing client accounts with a focus on tailored service and long-term partnerships
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the market
Representing the brand at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Providing expert product knowledge, staying informed of market trends through research and customer feedback
Collaborating closely with internal departments such as customer service, marketing, logistics, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
About You
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be a driven and enthusiastic sales professional with a proven ability to build relationships, with a diverse range of industry stakeholders and delivering successful results. Ideally, you will have experience in the flooring or a related industry, though this is not essential. Your strengths lie in communication, strategy, and understanding how to create value for customers.
Additionally, you will bring:
Demonstrated success in sales, account management, or business development (industry-specific background is highly regarded but not essential)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
A customer-first mindset with a track record of exceeding client expectations
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams
Salary & Benefits
$90,000 to $110,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Commissions
