As our Coordinator of Work, Health and Safety you'll be the go-to expert, providing vital advice and support to ensure the Shire of Mundaring maintains the highest standards of workplace health and safety. You will be at the heart of developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting safety initiatives and outcomes, all while collaborating with key stakeholders to make it happen.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the WHS team and managing all aspects of the WHS management system and injury management. The role involves capturing and reporting on WHS statistical data such as injury, incident, hazard, and near-miss statistics. The Coordinator is also responsible for developing, maintaining, and reviewing WHS policies and procedures with strong stakeholder engagement.

A salary in the range of $98,092 - $103,416 will be offered dependent on skills, ability and experience as well as a range of benefits including:
