About the Role
The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking a skilled Conformance Management Lead (APS6) to join the Agency. This position will be a Full-time ongoing position with the Agency that is available for immediate start. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conformance Management Lead to support the implementation of our Conformance Framework. This role involves leading complex project management activities and ensuring that business requirements are complete, consistent, feasible, and aligned with established standards.

This is a critical role for ensuring operational integrity and continuous improvement across our projects. If you are a proactive leader with a passion for quality and conformance, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support complex projects in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules, aligning dependencies and deliverables to track progress and minimise risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, interpret, and document business requirements.
  • Manage requirement changes across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.
  • Oversee conformance incidents, providing subject matter expertise and supporting holistic incident and problem resolution.
  • Perform end-to-end management of non-conformance issues and implement mitigation strategies to reduce future risk.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply sound judgment in complex problem-solving and decision-making scenarios.

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent work experience in health, information technology, conformance management, risk management, project management, incident and problem management, or other related fields.
  • Proven experience supporting projects in multi-vendor environments, with strong skills in integrated scheduling and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to manage and adapt business requirements across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing conformance incidents and supporting end-to-end incident and problem resolution.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with a track record of resolving complex and sensitive issues.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Eligibility

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
  • Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
