Your new role

As the Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the strategic overhaul of the client's grant management system, integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools. You'll manage a high-profile, multi-year project from planning to go-live, ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance. This is your chance to shape a critical system used by over 57,000 users and influence the future of health research funding in Australia. Other deliverables include:

• Maintain governance frameworks, including the formation and management of a steering committee. Ensure regular reporting and communication with the steering committee and other governance bodies. Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Develop and maintain standard PRINCE2 project documentation, including project plans, stage, highlight and exception reports, and risk management plans.
• Other duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you're a seasoned project leader with a proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale digital projects-ideally in the public sector. Your toolkit includes PRINCE2, Agile methodologies, and deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You're a confident communicator, skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and strategic planning, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.
