About the Role:
We’re seeking a well-rounded Project Manager to lead delivery across a varied portfolio of infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, and network transformation projects. This is a permanent role reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, where you’ll work with a high-calibre technical team, coordinate directly with executive stakeholders, and manage projects end-to-end with full ownership of financials, governance, and reporting.
You’ll be managing concurrent projects (typically 30–40 engagements, ranging from $5K–$500K), while maintaining client trust, driving progress, and contributing to internal continuous improvement initiatives. The team values hands-on problem solvers who can operate independently and build strong rapport with clients, partners, and peers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver infrastructure, cyber, and cloud migration projects using traditional waterfall methodologies
• Oversee financial management, governance, invoicing, and stakeholder reporting
• Run weekly status meetings and ensure accurate project tracking across a busy portfolio
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders including CIOs and Executives
• Contribute to process improvement, methodology enhancements, and internal initiatives
• Lead the development of tender responses, manage sub-contractor delivery, and resolve project variations

About You:
You’re a delivery-focused PM with a vendor or services background, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done while maintaining a polished, client-facing presence. You bring structure and confidence to complex programs while remaining approachable and team-oriented.
What You Bring:

• 7+ years’ experience leading infrastructure/network/security projects in vendor or professional services environments
• Proven success managing concurrent small-to-mid-scale projects with governance, financial, and delivery accountability
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships from engineering through to executive level
• Experience working with or alongside government clients (Federal preferred)
• NV1 clearance or Baseline with eligibility to obtain NV1
• Formal PM qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK) highly regarded
