About the Role
As our organisation continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised, motivated and reliable Administration Assistant to join our team in Greenslopes. This full-time position offers variety and exposure across multiple areas of the business — including HR, scheduling, and general operations. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting others and is looking for development and growth.
General Administration:
Be the first point of contact for calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Help manage office supplies, records, and admin systems to keep things running smoothly.
Support day-to-day tasks that keep the office organised and efficient.
Talent Management Support:
Assist with coordinating recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Support scheduling and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth shift scheduling and new employee integration.
Collaborate with HR and support teams to maintain accurate employee records and update workforce information as needed.
Property Management:
Help coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and keep asset registers up to date.
Timesheet Management:
Keep employee and service records accurate and well-organised.
Review timesheets to ensure accuracy before payroll processing
Communication & Team Support:
Keep things connected between different teams and departments.
Help coordinate meetings, events, or bookings when needed.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised, and enjoys helping others. You'll do well in this role if you:
Have great communication skills — especially over the phone and in writing.
Are calm under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks without getting flustered.
Take pride in being thorough, reliable, and professional.
Enjoy working as part of a team and are happy to lend a hand where needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows, with strong general computer skills.
Have at least 1 year of experience in administration (bonus points if that’s in disability, healthcare, or community services!).
Hold a current driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
