Role Overview
The purpose of this position is to provide services as a Physio-Wise Finance Team Leader and also to be actively involved with identifying areas which could be improved within this team and implementing processes to bring about this change. Along with the Practice principal, the Physio Team leader and the Administration Team Leader, the Allied Health Finance Team Leader will take on a bookkeeper’s role and is responsible for recording and maintaining the business’ financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. The Finance Team Leader will transfer data from our Practice Management System (PracSuite) and record any other financial data into our accounting software package. This information will be used to prepare Profit and Loss Reports, Clinic Viability Reports and staff KPIs for presentation to the relevant team members. The Finance Team Leader is also responsible for preparing monthly Interim Activity Statements and quarterly Business Activity Statement Reports for lodging with the ATO.

Patients, practice staff, suppliers, health/medical professionals, Private Health Insurers.
Qualifications
Higher School Certificate; Experienced in the application of business systems/procedures.
