About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Team Leader to join our front-of-shop team. In this leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Managing team to deliver outstanding customer service, support daily operations, and drive health-focused retail initiatives.

You will:

Greet customers and provide tailored advice on OTC products

Lead and mentor the retail team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Support day-to-day operations

Manage stock control, liaise with sales reps, and support merchandising and planogram execution

Conduct invoice and payable entry

Assist in dispensary and packing support tasks as required

Champion a clean, safe, and welcoming pharmacy environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

A Strong communication skills with a genuine love for helping people

Has a positive attitude

Organised, proactive, and thrives on leading a team

Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently

Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of pharmacy processes

Committed to professional growth and continuous learning

Experience in the pharmacy or health industry is desirable.

Confidence using Computers and technology - Experience using MINFOS or FRED highly desirable
