The Role
The Accounting & Taxation Services division is currently enjoying a period of sustained growth, and we are looking for a highly motivated Client Services Administrator with strong customer service skills
As a Client Services Administrator you will:
Support our Accounting and Financial Planning Professionals
Support and work within the Operations Team
Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Manage assigned jobs and client relationships effectively
Liaise with other third parties on clients’ behalf as/where needed
Work efficiently to achieve targets
Assist on projects and ad hoc duties as requested by the Directors or Managers
Be motivated, client focused, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Thrive on achieving personal goals as well as contributing to the team goals
Main responsibilities include:
Liaising with clients via email and telephone
Liaison with the ATO and other such regulatory bodies
Booking face to face & phone meetings with clients
Answering incoming calls
Maintenance of client database and client files
Correspondence and administration
Administration of internal systems
Assistance with development of practice systems and processes
General administrative support to practice partners and professional staff
The Candidate
The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated; client focused and able to work well in a team environment.
Excellent customer service skills
Confident communicator by telephone
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Meticulous eye for detail
Enthusiasm, energy, and professional presentation
Highly organised and structured, with the ability to multitask
Previous experience in customer service and/or a professional services environment - ideally private practice
Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
Resilient, agreeable, hard-working, and willing to go above and beyond.
Commercial and business minded.
Ability to learn new technology, processes & systems quickly.
Enjoys working in a progressive and changing professional environment.
