Join Woolich Racing – A Global Leader in Motorcycle Tuning Technology

Woolich Racing is at the forefront of motorcycle software tuning technology, trusted by enthusiasts and professionals around the world. We are currently looking for a Level 2 Support Technician to join our team full-time at our headquarters and R&D facility in Geebung, located on Brisbane’s northside.

We’re seeking a technically minded individual with experience in both IT and electronics. A strong interest in motorcycles and a working knowledge of internal combustion engines will be highly regarded.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our cutting-edge products, applying a solution-oriented mindset, a test-driven approach, and strong attention to detail. Our small but efficient team values autonomy, initiative, and clear communication.

What You’ll Do:

Provide Level 2 support for hardware and software systems

Collaborate with our R&D team to test and troubleshoot new products

Assist with general administrative duties and stock maintenance

Contribute to smooth operations at our global head office

What We’re Looking For:

Background in IT and electronics (required)

Interest or experience in motorcycles or engine tuning (advantageous)

Strong diagnostic and analytical skills

Ability to work independently within a team environment

Willingness to learn – full training on our proprietary systems will be provided

Although our facility is not open to the public, we maintain an active distribution network worldwide. As such, this role includes assistance with stock and logistics support for our international partners.

IMPORTANT: This role will initially be normal business hours Monday to Friday however, after adequate on-the-job training, the role will transition to Tuesday to Saturday.
