💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with a high volume of businesses daily – energy and consistency are key.

Handling inbound enquiries and following up with warm leads.

Presenting tailored solutions and closing deals.

Maintaining accurate records in our CRM.

Collaborating with a small, high-performing team.

🚀 What We Offer

$66K base salary (incl. super) + uncapped commissions

Year 1 earnings estimate: $70K–$75K | Year 2: $90K–$110K

Work computer and phone provided

Full-time, in-office role in North Sydney (no WFH)

✅ What We’re Looking For

Confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English

Comfortable with frequent outreach and varied responses – you stay positive and focused

Strong work ethic and a “go-getter” attitude

High school proficiency in English and Maths

Tech-savvy and comfortable using software tools

Able to commit to 2+ years full-time

Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia

📌 Additional Requirements

12+ months full-time (or equivalent) work or study experience with one employer

Able to provide 2 references from former managers or teachers

Applicant must have unrestricted working rights in Australia (permanent residency or citizenship)

Limited leave availability in the first year
