About Us
We’re a small, boutique building consultancy based in Balmain, just 3km from the Sydney CBD. We are currently building a bespoke automation platform using Microsoft Dynamics 365 that powers everything from new order management and booking workflows to generating detailed building reports.

This system will be our backbone of our operations, and as our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Dynamics 365 Developer to help complete the project and enhance, refine, and scale the solution.

The Role
We’re looking for a technically skilled and proactive Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant/Developer

We are looking for a hands on developer to complete our current system

We are looking for someone who can complete our current solution and lead development from the ground up.

You’ll play a key role in designing, building and implementing automation solutions, enhancing our existing system, and streamlining workflows across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of automation solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

Complete and enhance and expand our in-house Dynamics 365 solution

Build dashboards and custom workflows to improve business efficiency in all aspects of administration and procurement of our entire company

Design, develop, and implement Power Pages integrated with Dynamics 365

Customise and extend Customer Service and Sales modules of Dynamics 365

Customise and deploy business central within Dynamics 365

Develop and deploy plugins, custom entities, workflows, and API integrations

Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high performance and reliability

Work closely with the Director to identify and implement platform improvements

Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle to non-technical personnel within the company

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and follow Microsoft best practices

Stay current with the latest Power Platform and Dynamics 365 features and updates

What We're Looking For

Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM)

Strong skills in system customisation, configuration, and integration and deployment

Proficiency in:

C#

JavaScript

Power Automate

Power Apps

SQL

Experience developing Power Pages (formerly D365 Portals)

Solid understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Web development experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid

Familiarity with Azure services, API integration, and custom connectors

Knowledge of D365 and Power Pages security models and access controls

Strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail

Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform (highly desirable)

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Demonstrated experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer in a similar role

Must have full Australian working rights (Permanent Resident or Citizen only)

Available to start immediately

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Balmain.
