Our client is a growing Asset Management company backed by a leading financial services group. They have offices in Sydney CBD and are looking for a mid level Salesforce developer to join the business.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

About the role

Reporting into the Technology & Data team, this mid-level Salesforce Developer role will be integral in delivering scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across product, operations, and vendors to support and enhance business-critical applications.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC and Visualforce
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Conduct testing and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications
• Monitor and optimise system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Stay current with platform updates and drive adoption of new features

Skills and experience

• 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience with strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce
• Solid experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration, and integration tools
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is desirable
• Experience in Agile teams, DevOps practices, and tools like Git preferred
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
