Senior Full Stack Developer – TCI Health

What You'll Do:

Develop backend services and APIs in .NET Core

Work with our Svelte frontend to deliver full-stack features

Build and manage system integrations (Medicare, health funds, payments, etc.)

Prioritise data security, stability, and performance

Apply AI/LLMs to practical, production-ready use cases

Write clean, testable code and contribute to good engineering practices

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience with .NET Core backend development

Comfortable with full-stack delivery – React, Vue, or Svelte

Comfort working across the stack and owning features from DB to UI

Deep understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations

Security-first mindset and experience with handling sensitive data

Product-focused mindset and strong communication skills

Startup-ready: quick execution, self-managed, no handholding

LLM experience is a plus – we’re integrating large language models into real-world workflows

Nice to Have:

Experience with healthcare systems or MedTech

Exposure to LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud services

CI/CD experience or DevOps exposure
