VERVE Fitness is on the hunt for a high-performing B2C Sales Executive with a strong background in phone-based sales and customer engagement. This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Upper Coomera HQ, where you’ll guide individuals and families through their home gym journey — from first enquiry to final quote.

We’re after someone who already knows how to sell and doesn’t need hand-holding. If you don’t have recent phone-based sales experience, this one’s not for you.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to warm leads

Guide customers through product recommendations and quote builds

Close sales confidently and convert interest into action

Keep the CRM (HubSpot & NetSuite) up to date and tidy

Deliver exceptional customer service every step of the way

Build rapport to drive reviews, referrals, and repeat business

Skills and Experience Required

2+ years in phone-based B2C or retail sales (fitness industry a bonus)

Proven ability to smash sales targets

High energy, competitive, and target-driven

Excellent phone and objection-handling skills

Ability to work independently and stay accountable

Strong computer literacy – CRM experience preferred

Passion for health, fitness, or home training gear is a big plus

What We Offer

Base salary $60K–$75K + Super

Uncapped commission – realistic OTE $150K+

Location: Upper Coomera, QLD

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (no weekends)

Must be able to commute or relocate before starting
