VERVE is expanding!

VERVE Fitness is expanding and we are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Executive with a proven track record in outbound phone-based sales. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Upper Coomera headquarters. You’ll be responsible for building and converting a pipeline of business customers (gyms, studios, commercial operators) through outbound prospecting.

We are not interested in training you from scratch. If you do not have recent experience in outbound phone-based B2B sales, do not apply.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Make high-volume outbound calls to generate and qualify leads (daily)

Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close

Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot and NetSuite)

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service

Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business

Skills and Experience Required

2+ years’ B2B sales experience – phone-based prospecting essential

Proven ability to consistently exceed sales quotas

High energy, competitive nature, and outcome-focused mindset

Excellent phone communication and objection-handling skills

Ability to work independently and own your results

Strong computer literacy, CRM experience preferred

Background or interest in health and fitness a strong advantage

What We Offer

Base salary between $65K–$95K + Super

Uncapped commission structure – realistic OTE $150K+

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (no weekends)
