Position: HVAC Manager - Sydney

An exciting opportunity is available for an HVAC Manager to lead a dynamic team specialising in hydronic heating and energy-efficient HVAC systems. Based in Sydney, this full-time role is perfect for someone with strong technical knowledge, proven leadership skills & a passion for high-performance, sustainable heating solutions.

Candidate:

We're looking for a skilled HVAC professional who can manage operations and deliver quality outcomes across residential and commercial projects. You will bring:

• 3+ years of HVAC industry experience, with a focus on hydronic heating systems.
• Previous experience in management/leadership - preferred.
• Strong project management & team coordination abilities
• Technical knowledge of electric and water-based underfloor heating
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's licence and industry qualifications
• ARCTick licence (advantageous but not essential)
