Our client is a leading national brand that delivers vocational training courses to employees within ASX top tier organisations and employment service providers. The organisation has been in existence for over 10 years, and they pride themselves on delivering the highest quality educational outcomes for their students, across a range of industries including Aged Care, Workplace Health and Safety and First Aid. They have a well established footprint in Australia, and are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to develop business in N.S.W across Aged Care and Workplace Health and Safety.

The role is fully remote, with an use of an office in Artarmon if/when required.

Your duties in this role would include:

Approach businesses within Aged Care and WHS, and implement and determine training needs of employers

Grow revenue spend from existing corporate clients

Work collaboratively with the Marketing team in continuous market information gathering and utilisation and in development of the marketing plan.

Assist in the preparation of service agreements, tenders and proposals as requested.

Develop business with employment service providers to increase student numbers

The Person:

Experience selling within a Registered Training Organisation, GTO, AASN, Employment Service Provider or Recruitment Agency is desirable

A depth of relevant connections with HR Managers, Training Managers or L&D Managers within Aged Care or WHS is essential

Government / Trade Association, High School connections to generate student numbers is desirable.

Confident ability to operate independently.

Depth of sales experience – someone who has made business development a career

Knows how to ‘connect the dots’ to cross fertilise opportunity
