We are looking for an Office all rounder/bookkeeper, this is a full time position, Mon-Fri 7am to 3pm
You must be proficient in MYOB accounting software and Excel, be able to use MS office applications to a competent level.
Be able to work with the Director in assisting in the administrative and accounting aspects of the business.
Some Responsibilities include:
Payroll
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Filing
Job File creation
Job Costing
Record Keeping including HR Files
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn
A professional phone manner
Reliable and dependable
A keen, can do attitude
Attention to detail (paramount)
Ability to maintain a tidy and efficient office environment
Strong work ethic
Experience in a similar admin and or bookkeeping role is a must
Own Transport
Able to meet deadlines
Should be able to handle work pressure
