The Role:

As a Marketing Strategist at Digital Nomads HQ with a sales focus, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies specifically designed to generate qualified leads and support our clients' sales objectives. You will be a key link between marketing and sales, ensuring seamless lead flow and conversion opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing data-driven marketing strategies with a clear focus on lead generation and sales enablement.

Conducting in-depth market and target audience analysis to identify high-potential customer segments.

Implementing lead scoring and qualification processes in collaboration with sales teams.

Developing and presenting reports on lead generation performance and ROI to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

Prior experience in digital marketing strategy with a demonstrable focus on lead generation and sales.

Proven track record of developing strategies that have directly contributed to increased sales or conversions.

Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (recommended).

Strong understanding of the sales funnel and how marketing influences each stage.

Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track marketing performance against sales goals.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into sales-driving strategies.

Strong and clear communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with both marketing and sales teams via emails, phone calls, and in internal & external meetings.

An enthusiastic team player who is proactive in bridging the gap between marketing and sales.

Ability to manage multiple client strategies and priorities with a results-oriented approach.
