SA Hair Supplies (sahairsupplies.com.au) and Beautopia (beautopia.com.au) are Hair and Beauty distributers selling all things Hair, Nails and Beauty to customers across Australia.

As Online Operations Supervisor , you will be working with a team to ensure smooth operations of the business including the order fulfilment process and inventory management to ensure correct stock holdings. The role will work closely with our Operations manager and is based in Lane Cove West.

Responsibilities include:

hands-on Supervision of the online warehouse and its team

Processing of online Shopify orders with key focus on accuracy

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, performing regular stock counts

Reviewing Stock and arranging purchases

Ensuring purchase orders are placed in a timely manner

Liaising with customer service team to provide updates on order statuses

The suitable applicant must be able to meet the following requirements:

Acceptable standard of software application as well as Excel & MS Office skills

Previous industry experience a help

Excellent telephone manners & communication skills

High attention to detail

Positive mood & upbeat personality

Ability to multi-task

Strong organisational skills

Show initiative & quick-thinking

Ability to keep up in a fast paced working environment & ability to meet deadlines

Ability to stay motivated and has attention to detail

Shopify experience a big plus

Fluent spoken & written English
