Our client is seeking a skilled Die Cutting Operator (Day Shift) to join their manufacturing team in Regents Park, NSW. In this role, you’ll operate die-cutting machinery to produce high-quality packaging solutions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor die-cutting machinery, ensuring cardboard sheets are cut and creased accurately to specifications
• Perform regular quality checks to maintain high production standards
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of tasks and machine operations
• Troubleshoot and maintain die-cutting machinery to minimise downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process
• Keep the work area clean and safe, following health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Experience in die-cutting or a similar manufacturing role; background in printing or packaging is advantageous
• Solid mechanical skills with hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining machinery
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately
• Proficient with basic computer systems and skilled at maintaining accurate records
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
