The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy HR function and gain experience across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be a key member of a small, supportive team, contributing to a wide range of HR activities that make a real impact. The role is interesting where no two days are the same.
This role is based in the office five days a week. Hours of work are open to negotiation.
We are happy to train the right person, even without prior HR experience. Whether you're comfortable focusing on administrative tasks or looking to build a long-term career in HR, we’re committed to offering support, guidance and valuable hands-on experience to help you grow.
Your Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support across onboarding, offboarding and employee changes
Assist with recruitment processes including advertising, screening and interview coordination
Manage HR documentation, contracts and compliance records
Book travel and accommodation for employees
Maintain accurate employee data and support HRIS administration
Support various HR projects
Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, delivering timely and professional support as escalating matters when appropriate
About You
Previous administration experience, ideally in HR or a busy office environment
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
Friendly and confident communicator, with excellent spoken and written communication skills
Discreet, professional and comfortable working with confidential information
Motivated to grow your HR skills and take on new challenges
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is a plus
