Based in our Head Office in Riverwood, this is a unique, hybrid role that blends sales and marketing coordination — ideal for someone who has a strong administrative background who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with proposals, tenders, and client communications

Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases

Assist with project quoting, invoicing, and client follow-ups

Develop and maintain website content (social media posting)

General administration where required

About You:

Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or property industries

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and HR platforms a plus

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

A self-starter with a proactive and adaptable mindset
