SIL Manager (Supported Independent Living) & Business Development Manager (NDIS Services)

EasAbility Care Australia is an innovative and rapidly expanding NDIS service provider dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to live more independently and with dignity. Due to continued growth across South Australia, we are now recruiting for two critical leadership positions based in Adelaide:

🔹 Position 1: SIL Manager – Supported Independent Living

Lead and manage person-centred accommodation services across our growing SIL program.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations of SIL homes, ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards, and manage a team of passionate support workers. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on high-quality care, participant outcomes, and team development.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Manage delivery of SIL supports across multiple properties

Oversee client onboarding, assessments, and support plans

Ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are met

Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of staff

Coordinate with allied health, guardians, and NDIS teams

Handle critical incidents, behaviour support, and risk

🎯 You’ll Bring:

Minimum 3 years in an NDIS or SIL management role

Deep knowledge of NDIS rules, restrictive practices, and person-centred care

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience managing teams and navigating complex participant needs

🔹 Position 2: Business Development Manager – NDIS Services

Drive growth and build trusted relationships across South Australia’s disability sector.

You’ll be responsible for expanding our participant base, forming partnerships with support coordinators and referral networks, and identifying growth opportunities for new services and locations. This role blends marketing, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Grow our client base through outreach, networking, and referrals

Build relationships with support coordinators, plan managers, and LACs

Represent EasAbility Care at expos, forums, and sector events

Identify service gaps and advise on new opportunities

Collaborate with intake and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

🎯 You’ll Bring:

3+ years in business development, intake, or stakeholder engagement in the NDIS/disability sector

Proven ability to build referral pipelines and convert leads

A strong existing network in the NDIS landscape (SA preferred)

Passion for delivering services that change lives
