Our client has an outstanding track record of delivering high-quality products and services to the corporate office sector across Australia. As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, based in Sydney, to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and expand their presence across New South Wales.

You will be working for an Australian-owned and operated family-run business, with "salt of the earth" values.

The Role

This is a key position focused on executing a strategic sales plan to generate revenue growth. While the primary emphasis will be on securing new business, you will also manage and develop existing client relationships within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across NSW to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation through to deal closure and post-sale support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategy
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a B2B Sales Executive, Territory Manager or Business Development Manager role
  • A proven ability to build pipelines, convert leads, and exceed revenue targets
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working autonomously
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales reporting tools such as Excel
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel within NSW when required
