About us

We are looking for a STAND-OUT Chiropractic Assistant (CA)/receptionist. The casual position is much about your personality as it is about your skill, with a can-do attitude.

Dr Shannon (chiropractor), Dr Declan (chiropractor), Dr Francey (chiropractor), & Dr Jacky (chiropractor) have combined experience of serving the Central Coast community for over a decade. In that time, we have built a reputation for strong customer service and positive results for our patients. Most importantly we have built a strong connection within the community. Our mission at the High Performance Chiropractic centre is to serve the Central Coast community by optimising the mechanics of human movement with the latest scientific research.

Qualification & experience:

Receptionist experience preferred

HiCaps/EFTPOS terminal experience preferred

Customer service experience

Understanding computers, Microsoft Outlook, data entry, emails, etc

Ability to multitask and problem solve

Casual hour:

There are two casual positions available. Please indicate option A or B in your cover letter.

Option A: Friday (3 hrs)

3:20pm – 6:20 pm

(With the possibility of more hours)

Option B: Saturday (3 hrs)

7:50am – 10:50 am

(With the possibility of more hours)

Tasks & Responsibility:

Creating a welcoming environment

Confident in communicating effectively with all patients, staff, and suppliers

Have a basic understanding of PC programs

General reception responsibilities: Managing new and existing bookings, payments, cancellations, and following up on client schedules, with accuracy and attention to detail.

Answering phones in an articulate and professional manner

Have a good understanding of the treatments offered, procedures, and protocols of the practitioners and clinic.

Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Maintaining the general appearance of the practice

Ability to learn new procedures quickly and have great time management and organisational skills.

Assisting practitioner/s when needed

Genuine care for others and seeing people well again.
