We have a Casual Receptionist position available. The right candidate must be a customer service super star and be available mornings, evenings and some weekends.

Daily Tasks:

Meet and greet members by name

Data entry

Handling membership inquiries and sales

Answering phone calls and emails

Gym tidies and general cleaning

Individual requirements:

Have a fun, friendly and outgoing personality

Help maintain a positive and community- based environment

Ability to multi task

Exceptional customer service skills

Be well presented

Ability to solve problems quickly

Great time management skills

Have strong attention to detail
