CPSC is seeking a highly professional and experienced Medical Receptionist/Admin Support to join our specialist medical team. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality administrative support to all medical practitioners with a focus on precision and efficiency.
Ensure the accurate and prompt entry of patient bookings.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with doctors, hospitals, patients, and other stakeholders, whether in person or over the phone.
Provide reliable support to the Practice Manager in executing various administrative tasks.
Professionally greet and assist patients both in person and on the phone, ensuring a positive experience.
Manage communication emails, document scanning, and mail distribution with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience as a medical receptionist.
Demonstrated ability to work with high levels of organisation and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A strong sense of urgency and professionalism, with a commitment to reliability, punctuality, and dedication.
A positive, professional attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a cohesive and efficient team.
Proven skills in multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management within a professional setting.
Previous experience with Genie software is highly desirable.
Arabic-speaking candidates will have an advantage in this role.

We are looking for a committed and reliable individual for a casual receptionist position at our clinic. Please note the following important expectations for this role:
Long-Term Commitment: Only candidates who are genuinely interested in staying with us long-term should apply.
Flexibility: While the role is casual, the number of workdays may vary depending on the clinic’s needs. You may be required to work additional days beyond your regular schedule.
Availability: You should be available to cover shifts at short notice, including when other reception staff are on sick leave or personal/carer’s leave.
