About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a casual Reception/Chiropractic Assistant to join our dedicated team at MACLEAY CHIROPRACTIC & MASSAGE in West Kempsey NSW 2440. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our Chiropractic practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and ensuring a warm, friendly and professional welcome

Handling patient inquiries, bookings and rescheduling appointments

Managing the practice's patient records and databases

Assisting chiropractors with administrative tasks as required

Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Providing exceptional customer service at all times

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role

Excellent computer skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients of all backgrounds

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A friendly, positive and professional demeanor
