Do you thrive in a vibrant, community-centred environment? We are looking for an organised, friendly, and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic team at Awaken Chiropractic.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing, people-focused role that offers 24–30 hours per week. You’ll be a key part of the team, creating a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. There is an opportunity for this position to become a permanent part-time role for the right person.

Your Responsibilities:

- Greeting and assisting clients with professionalism and care

- Managing appointment scheduling and front desk operations

- Supporting chiropractors with administration and client flow

- Educating clients about chiropractic care and our wellness philosophy

- Contributing to a calm, clean, and efficient practice environment

Ideal Qualities:

- Warm, reliable and people-oriented

- Excellent communication and organisation skills

- Confident using computers and booking systems

- Passionate about natural health and wellness

- Flexible and open to learning in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (but not essential):

- Experience in chiropractic or allied health settings

- Background or interest in holistic health

- Availability for both morning and afternoon shifts - week-days
