The Role
• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 200
• Primary focus on landlord communication and retention
• No leasing, ingoing reports, tenant interaction, or admin – minimal routines required
• Responsible for lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and attending NCAT when necessary
• Benefit from efficient systems and streamlined workflows between tenants and trades

Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience in Property Management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Proven relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
• In-depth understanding of the relevant legislation
