Senior Accountant – Short term progression to Management

A well-established accounting firm based in Perth is seeking an ambitious Senior Accountant ready to take the next step in their career. With a history dating back to the 1980's, the firm has grown to a team of 27 and prides itself on offering personalised service to a high-calibre client base spanning across mining, medical, engineering, and more – including ASX-listed companies and clients with turnovers in the hundreds of millions.

What you'll be doing

• Working closely with Partners on a mix of compliance and tax planning work
  
  
• Managing a portfolio of sophisticated clients, typically with turnovers from $5M to $500M+
  
  
• Using tools such as Xero and Fathom to deliver quality insights and service
  
  
• Mentoring juniors and contributing to the internal training culture
  
  

About you

• A motivated Senior Accountant with strong client and communication skills
  
  
• Someone who wants to progress, not plateau – this role is about growing into leadership
  
  
• Solid academic background and a polished, professional presentation
