We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join us in a newly created and exciting role to help shape the future of our brand. You will be a part of a passionate high performing team, with a large number of upcoming projects to work on in an ever-evolving environment.
About the Role
This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who loves solving problems, building genuine relationships, and occasionally getting their boots dirty.
You’ll support our clients after go-live, help roll out new features, deliver training, and be a key driver of customer success. You’ll be the go-to for questions, feedback, and support—acting as the bridge between our users and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain strong relationships with site champions and stakeholders
Lead regular check-ins (remote and on-site) to drive customer success and proactively address issues
Own the change management of product updates and champion the adoption of new features
Help deliver training sessions to boost user confidence and system uptake
Coordinate and attend site visits for audits, training, and implementations (some travel required)
Provide expert remote support and resolve client issues through our ticketing system
Develop and maintain online training resources to support scalable learning
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and feedback with product and engineering
Lead initiatives to resolve support issues and enhance internal processes
Take ownership of customer satisfaction metrics and advocate for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
A strong communicator who works well with both operations personnel and technical teams
Proactive and organised, with a knack for building trust
Happy to travel to regional and remote mine sites on occasion
Experience in mining, SaaS, training or support is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
