Senior Media Specialist (6-Month Contract)
We’re seeking a highly capable and confident Senior Media Specialist to step into a key contract role with one of Australia’s leading organisations. This is a six-month opportunity starting late June, with strong potential to convert into a permanent position.
As part of a high-performing and fast-paced team, you'll be responsible for leading large-scale media campaigns across a national footprint. This role demands strategic thinking, advanced stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering impactful, data-driven media outcomes.
About the Role:

• Drive planning and execution of large-scale, integrated paid media campaigns across multiple channels (TV, digital, OOH, social).
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to develop strategic media plans that align with business objectives.
• Manage high-value budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and to brief.
• Engage with senior stakeholders including General Managers and strategic leadership, contributing to media strategy and investment decisions.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience leading and managing large media campaigns – ideally for complex, multi-product organisations (FS or insurance sector experience is valued but not essential).
• Strong background in either agency or client-side media – ideally both.
• Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a complex organisational setting.
• Commercial acumen and a clear understanding of media investment’s impact on brand and customer growth.
• Confidence and clarity in strategic conversations – this role sits at the table with decision-makers.
