Skills & Experience required
- 3-5 Years’ experience in IT Service Desk Role
- Vendor and User Management Experiance
- Support for all equipment including desk phones, headsets, trading turrets, corporate mobiles, phone recordings and VC systems
- Experiance with IT Procurement including preparing purchases of equipment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
