An exciting opportunity for a Digital Specialist has become available working within a sought-after government department! With a high rate and contract length with potential to extend!

Your Role:

Your role as the Digital Specialist, will work in a diverse team of digital specialists to deliver, monitor and improve integrated, customer-focused digital activities across multiple platforms and systems for Energy, Climate Change and Sustainability programs and audiences.

Your Duties:

• You will deliver web updates in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team
• You will deliver digital projects (including participating in user acceptance testing)
• You will support digital channels including email marketing and management of enquiries received via the website
• You will provide website analytics reports to Marketing and Communications team and program teams

Your Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience supporting and monitoring at least one of the following:
• Content Management Systems, SEO and SEM, web analytics, marketing-automation platforms, survey and form platform, Learning Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management, SharePoint.
• Experience supporting digital projects
