The Role

Due to ongoing and recent project wins they are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful financial and contractual management of projects, working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders.

The Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and administer contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Manage project documentation, including contract variations, claims, and extensions of time.
• Dealing with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.

Requirements

• A degree within Construction
• Exposure to large Australian based builders (Tier 2 or 3 preferably)
• Experience on projects valued at $30m and above
• 3+ years’ experience in contracts administration within the construction industry
