What will you be doing in this role:
Take over a portfolio of 150 residential properties that has been well cared or by the Director. You will be giving leasing, administration and accounts support along with back up on your overflow of inspections. This role is Monday to Friday and once you are settled in there is the flexibility to work from home a day a week.
- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Manage renovations, repairs and trade quotes
- Oversee arrears and issue reminders
- Manage rent reviews and lease renewals
- Bond and insurance claims
- NCAT preparation and attendance with support from the Director
- Attend weekly team meetings and training
- Nurture client relationships to retain managements
- Collaboration with the leasing and new business team
The right candidate will have:
- Passionate about real estate and customer care
- Experience managing your own portfolio
- Tech savvy as this business is 100% paper free
- The ability to work collaboratively and a part of a team
- Valid drivers’ license and reliable car
- Certificate or registration or real estate license
- A love for relationship building and getting things done
