The Role:
- Be the first point of contact for calls, emails & client enquiries
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, take minutes & follow up actions
- Assist with marketing, social media posts, brochures, and email campaigns
- Maintain internal databases, client reports and prepare leasing/sales docs: Offers, Disclosure Statements, Deposit Forms etc.
- Liaise with agents, landlords, tenants, and lawyers to track deal progress
You’ll Be:
- An admin or marketing all-rounder with a positive, can-do attitude
- A strong communicator who loves being part of a team
- Organised, tech-savvy, and capable of juggling tasks with calm confidence
- Keen to grow and learn within a professional property environment
- Proficient with Word & Excel, and ideally familiar with InDesign (or open to learning)
