Our Client
Our client, located on the city fringe, is an expert in their field. Specialising in both commercial and residential, they house an incredibly high-performing team who love the environment this longstanding leadership team have created.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for a small portfolio which has been well managed.

• Management of approximately 60 properties predominantly small retail strips (approximately 95 x tenants)
• Management of rent collection and outgoings
• Manage rental arrears
• Negotiation of lease renewals and transfers including completing the relevant documentation
• Conduct property inspections, prepare inventory and condition reports
• Annual Outgoings Budgets and Reconciliations

The Candidate

• Previous experience in Commercial Property Management (ideally minimum 1-2 x years)
• A good understanding of the retail tenancies act
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Clean drivers license
• Corporate presentation
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
