About the role
Geonet Properties & Finance Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to specialize in selling high-value investment properties in Bali to Australian investors. Based in Sydney, this role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the property investment market, client relationship management, and a passion for connecting investors with lucrative opportunities.
What you'll be doing
Consult with Clients: Engage with prospective investors to understand their investment goals and financial capabilities.
Property Sales & Advisory: Guide clients through investment property options in Bali, highlighting market trends, ROI potential, and financial benefits.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential buyers through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with investors, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat Business
Market Research & Insights: Stay up-to-date with Bali’s real estate trends, government regulations, and investment advantages to provide expert insights.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Effectively close deals, and ensure seamless transactions aligned with client needs and legal requirements.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing and financial teams to streamline sales processes and maximize opportunities.
Participate in Investor “Education Nights” to build investor knowledge and trust to support sales outcomes.
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualifications in Business or Finance related fields (preferred)
Proven track record in real estate sales, property investment, or financial advisory roles.
Strong understanding of Australian investor behaviours and their motivations for overseas property investment.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.
Familiarity with Bali’s property market regulations and investment climate is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools for lead management.
