We're now on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team
Requirements:
Certificate 3 & 4 in commercial cookery
Minimun 2 years' experience in a simillar role or as a strong CDP
Strong knowledge of modern Australian cuisine
Excellent leadership, time management and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Full working rights in Australia
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the head chef in a day-to-day kitchen operations
Maintain food quality, concistency and presentation
Supervised and support jumior kitchen staff
Contribute to seasonal menu development and specials
Manage stock control, ordering and wastage
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygirne regulations
Step into leadership duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
