Your role is to manage landlords, maintenance, and the "back end" of property management, meaning you can have some true work from home flexibility and organise your day and tasks accordingly.

JOB DUTIES:
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, with some admin support
- Lease renewals, finalising condition reports and inspections
- Manage your own portfolio of 170 properties, residential homes/apartments

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of $80,000 - $87,500 + Super + Commissions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
